Traveloka Adds Bus Services to Ease Customers’ Travel Plans

JAKARTA, 28 March 2018 – Traveloka, a leading technology company that provides an online travel booking platform for domestic and international destinations, adds its transportation services by introducing the Bus services. Customers can now book inter-cities bus services which can be directly accessed through Traveloka App v2.21.

Currently, Traveloka has partnered with more than 20 trusted bus operators (Perusahaan Otobus) in Indonesia namely, among others: Pahala Kencana, Lorena-Karina, Agramas, ALS, Primajasa, Litha & CO, and Agung Mulia. These POs are currently connecting various cities across Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Denpasar, Malang, Medan, Surabaya, Solo, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Palangkaraya, and more destinations to be added soon.

Carrying the slogan of 3P: Pilih, Pesan, Pergi (“Pick, Book, Go”), the newly added bus services offer plenty of convenience for Traveloka’s customers. The booking process can be done online via Traveloka App with various payment methods available such as bank transfer, credit card, and cash at the nearest mini marts. When booking bus tickets through Traveloka App, customers will also be provided with essential information related to the bus they’ve booked including prices, departure and arrival routes, bus facilities, as well as its exterior and interior designs.

Aside from the offered benefits, Traveloka will also ensure customers’ convenience through the 24/7 customer service and 100% refund guarantee if customers experience issues upon check-in.
