Traveloka Awarded as The Most Favorite Online Travel Agent in Loyal Hackers Awards 2019

Jakarta, 19th October 2019 – Traveloka, Southeast Asia’s leading digital travel and lifestyle platform that enabling discovery and booking of transport, accommodation and lifestyle products, was awarded as The Most Favorite Online Travel Agent in the Loyal Hackers Awards 2019. The award was presented during Loyal Hackers’ first anniversary on 18 October 2019, held in Jakarta.

The ‘Most Favorite’ category is presented to the chosen company based on the survey that was conducted from 15 August to 30 September 2019. There were hundreds of Loyal Hackers readers joined this survey, where they were asked to assess airlines, frequent flyers, credit cards, loyalty programs for lifestyle, digital wallet applications, marketplaces, loyalty programs for hotels, loyalty programs for restaurants, as well as travel agents. As a result, ​​Traveloka​ had won the category as the Most Favorite OTA ​in Indonesia with the total vote of 63.5 %, higher than 5 other nominated OTAs.

Loyal Hackers is Indonesia’s first points-hacking source, a media portal with more than 700,000 visitors per September 2019 and is a subsidiary of MEMBER.ID, a loyalty consulting and technology firm in Indonesia. This year marks the first edition of its awards.
