To this day, the Pay at Hotel feature is supported by thousands of Traveloka’s hotel partners in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Directly accessible via Traveloka website and Traveloka App, Pay at Hotel will ease customers in planning their next trips. Aside from that, customers can also benefit from this feature by having full control of their expenses, as payment can be made when they arrive at the hotel.

To use Pay at Hotel, customers simply need to input their credit card details to be used as booking guarantee. After completing the booking process, customers will receive hotel vouchers. During check-in, they simply need to show the hotel voucher to the receptionist. After that, customers can complete the payment process using cash or credit card.
Additionally, customers can also obtain Traveloka Points and redeem them with exciting rewards when they use Pay at Hotel for their hotel bookings. To enjoy Pay at Hotel, customers can follow these following steps:
Start your search by filling destination, number of guests and duration of stay.
On the search results page, find accommodations with the “Pay at Hotel Available” label or click on the Pay at Hotel filter located on top of the search results page to only show accommodations with the Pay at Hotel option.
In the hotel page, select the accommodation labeled with “Pay at Hotel”.
Once you select a “Pay at Hotel” room and proceed to booking, you need to enter credit card details to be used as booking guarantee. Note that your credit card is only required to guarantee the booking and therefore will not be charged, unless in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
Within 60 minutes at most after your booking is confirmed, Traveloka will send your hotel voucher via email.
