Traveloka, Indonesia’s fastest-growing tech company that provides online booking service for flights and hotels, announced today its newest feature called Easy Reschedule. This feature enables customers to change their flight booking directly on Traveloka website or mobile application for Android (iOS version will be added soon). Adding this feature has marked Traveloka out as the first online travel company in Southeast Asia that revolutionizes the method for flight rescheduling.
With Easy Reschedule, customers can change all domestic (Indonesia) flight schedules served by the following airlines: Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Batik Air, Wings Air, Sriwijaya Air, Nam Air, Kal Star Aviation, Xpress Air, Trigana Air, and Aviastar. More importantly, Easy Reschedule allows customers to change not only the departure time and date, but the airlines as well.
Customers can reschedule their flight in simple steps below:
Log in to Traveloka and select the My Booking submenu.
Click Reschedule button on flight booking that customers wish to change.
Customers will get redirected to a new search page to choose their new flight and travel date.
Total price includes Reschedule Fee of IDR 15,000 per pax per segment and Airline Fees. Customers will get a cashback if there are any balance amount left.
Once the process is completed, the e-ticket will be sent to customers via email and Traveloka App.
“Previously, customers had to go through a complicated process whenever they wanted to reschedule their flight by calling the airlines directly. In that situation, customers must make a double effort as they book and reschedule in two different places,” said Ferry Unardi, CEO Traveloka. “By adding Easy Reschedule, we want to eliminate that difficulty so that our customers can book and reschedule in one place, which will also save their time,” he added.
