Traveloka Members Will Get More Benefit Through Traveloka Points

JAKARTA, 25 April 2017 - Traveloka, Indonesia’s leading travel booking app for domestic and international destinations, today launches Traveloka Points, a reward program for Traveloka members. By earning points, customers can enjoy discounts for their next flight and hotel bookings.

Traveloka Points for Traveloka members

Customers will receive one (1) point for each transaction of Rp 10,000 and multiples (for flight) or Rp 2,500 and multiples (for hotel). Customers can redeem their points for discounts at a minimum amount of 2,500 points for flight and 1,000 points for hotel bookings. The more points earned, the greater the chance for customers to enjoy free tickets and hotel stays.

Through Traveloka Points, we want to appreciate and give added value to our members, by offering them additional benefits in the form of opportunities to save budget for their next trip.”

To earn Traveloka Points:

On the flight details page or hotel room details page, check how many Points you will earn from the transaction

On the payment page, check your final Points as the amount would have been calculated from your total price.

Once your transaction is completed, your Points will appear in your account as Pending Points. Your Pending Points will become Active Points 7 days after your trip is completed.

To redeem Traveloka Points:

Active Points are Points which have been active and available to be redeemed. The minimum redemption is 1000 Points

On the payment page, click on REDEEM

Check your Total Price to make sure that the discount from Redeemed Points has been included in the Total Price. Then, tap on the orange button to proceed with payment
