Year-End Holiday Enthusiasm Significantly Increases, Traveloka Offers Hotel Booking from IDR 12,000

Traveloka observes increase on enthusiasm in holiday at the end of 2014. According to Traveloka hotel sales data, the most booked destination is Bali, followed by Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Singapore. Hotel searches in Yogyakarta, for instance, soared to 2.5 times and Bandung rose up to 1.6 times the past month, November 2014. During the one day event Hari Belanja Online Nasional or Harbolnas (National Online Shopping Day) on December 12 just recently, Traveloka visitors skyrocketed compared to normal days.

To this day, 52% of hotels have been fully booked for staying period of 31 December 2014 – 1 January 2015. Even more, occupancy rate in several Bali hotels and villas has reached 100% during the aforementioned reservation date. As per Traveloka’s prediction, visit rates would steadily increase until Monday, 4 January 2015.

Dari data penjualan hotel Traveloka, destinasi yang paling banyak dipesan adalah Bali disusul Bandung, Yogyakarta, dan Singapura. Pencarian hotel di Yogyakarta misalnya, naik hingga 2,5 kali lipat dan Bandung naik 1,6 kali lipat dari bulan November 2014. Di event Hari Belanja Online Nasional (Harbolnas) 12 Desember lalu, pengunjung Traveloka juga meningkat berkali-kali lipat dari hari biasa.
